The underlying philosophy was to unlock the digital world for customers by providing them access and control of their data and services like never before, while giving them ultimate utility and automation for everyday tasks. The app is also equipped to evolve into delivering on-demand premium services designed to elevate customer expectations and differentiate Verizon among competitors.


Lead visual creative direction, through design and motion exploratory.


Rapid prototyping, sketch, InVision, Principle.

Wireframes, prototypes, interaction studies, and polished visual interfaces.


Collaborated cross department with multiple interdisciplinary teams, and integrated client teams into agile sprint process.
