During this time I helped the company across many different initiatives. Brand Northstar and voice development. Future product vision prototypes. Brand design evolution. Photographic art direction and style guides. Web design audit – improvements and email templates. Social media best practices and ad concepting.

I also led the strategizing of brand architecture for future evolution of the brand and product verticals, hiring creative and motion teams as well as helping form their first ever digital performance ad sprint team and briefing processes.
